Diamond Dog Daycare guarantees individual, species-appropriate, and professional care for your dog. This includes two long walks in the forest per day, social interaction in an open pack environment, tailored activities, games, fun, training, and affectionate cuddles.
-
The purpose of the trial day is to get to know each other. We observe how your dog behaves in the open pack and whether it feels comfortable. We reserve the right to refuse a dog if it does not fit into the pack.
-
The dog owner must be easily reachable by phone on this day in case the dog needs to be picked up.
-
As we operate an open pack environment, aggressive or unsocial behavior is not tolerated. If a dog causes harm to another dog or human while under our care, the costs will be fully borne by the dog owner.
-
The open pack environment has a positive effect on your dog's social behavior. However, pack housing also poses more risks. With this housing form, minor injuries from play or scuffles can never be completely ruled out. Therefore, you expressly agree to this form of housing. In the event of an injury, each dog owner is responsible for the treatment of their own dog.
-
Female dogs in heat are not allowed to visit DD. This can trigger negative behavior in the pack and therefore poses a risk.
-
Dogs with contagious diseases are not allowed to visit DD. If a dog is proven to have a contagious disease in the daycare, the owner of that dog is responsible for the costs of treating their own dog as well as the treatment of all infected dogs in the daycare.
-
If your dog has an accident or becomes ill during their stay in daycare, we will inform you immediately and seek the veterinarian's advice with your consent. The costs incurred for this will be covered by you. If the owner and their designated contact person cannot be reached, the caregiver and the veterinarian will decide on the appropriate measures.
-
The dog owner confirms upon admission to daycare to regularly administer mandatory vaccinations, deworming, as well as flea and tick treatment.
-
Uncastrated male dogs cannot be admitted to daycare.
-
Payment is made with an invoice, in advance, at the end of the month.
-
Dogs must be picked up promptly by 6 p.m. If there is a delay, we reserve the right to charge an additional CHF 50.- per hour or part thereof. If a dog is not picked up for more than two months, the dog becomes the property of the owner, Myriam Tanner. This is a legal aspect to allow the dog to be rehomed.
-
Any contract for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months is binding and can only be terminated by mutual agreement.
-
Swiss law applies and the place of jurisdiction is in Horgen.
-
We reserve the right to change the above-mentioned terms and conditions at any time and without prior notification.
